These terms govern your use of Margaret. Margaret is an early product, so features may change.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information. If you suspect unauthorized access, email info@margaret.so.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add. You give Margaret permission to store and process it as needed to operate the service and provide its AI-assisted features.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security or limits, interfere with other users, add unlawful content, or use Margaret to cause harm.

AI suggestions

Margaret's suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions and actions. Margaret is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Margaret may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Margaret is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use

You may stop using Margaret at any time. Guest projects can be cleared with Start over. To delete a signed-in account and its Margaret data, email info@margaret.so. Access may be suspended for serious misuse, security risks, or violation of these terms.

Changes

Material changes will be dated here. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
